ISLAMABAD: Former chief justice of Pakistan has issued the Rs20 billion’s defamation notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan over allegation of rigging in election’s 2013.
Chaudhry mentioned in his notice, if Khan doesn’t take the apology for his statement and he doesn’t take back his statement so, he will fill the case on him.
Khan was also facing the contempt of court by Islamabad Bar’s president and ineligible’s case by son of Chaudhry.
